For dealers
Japan buying support for your business.
Dealers and trade buyers use the same auctions, stock, sourcing and portal as every Rindo customer, with the buying process run around how your business buys: what you turn over, how often, and where it ships to.

Three ways to buy
Most trade buying is done at auction. The other two routes cover what the auctions do not.

Principal route
Auctions
Japan’s auction houses are where the volume and the price discovery are. You shortlist in Rindo Portal, we assess each car and place bids on your written instruction, never above your maximum.

Dedicated Car Sourcing
For the rare, the classic and the particular: a brief with the specification, condition and budget, searched across auctions and dealer stock, bought only on your approval.

Tell us your pattern and we run the process to fit it. Nothing below is a separate product; it is the same process, organised for repeat buying.
Volume and repeat requirements
Describe the models, grades and price points you turn over and how many cars you expect to buy. We discuss how shortlisting, assessment and bidding across several sale days can be organised so you build stock without over-committing.
Shipping
We discuss the shipping pattern that suits your volume and destination, including roll-on roll-off against container and whether cars bought across several sales should travel together. Freight is invoiced separately after each acquisition.
Rindo Portal
One free account for your business. Shortlist and save cars, see the complete listings and bid once a deposit is confirmed, and keep every auction sheet, invoice and shipping document for each car in one place for your records and your agent.
Checks and buying support
Every car gets the same assessment: the auction report and photographs reviewed, further checks or an inspection where available, and our findings explained before you set a maximum bid.
Our checks and inspectionsCosts you can plan on
Estimates to your port with destination costs shown separately, Rindo’s charges stated before you commit, and the same payment timeline for every car.
Understanding costsImport, or hand it to us
For UK buyers Rindo can handle the import and what follows, or your business can manage it with its own agent. Either way you receive the documents your clearing needs.

Register and start with the first car
SharedCreate your free Rindo Portal account, confirm the deposit for auction bidding if that is your route, and we run the buying process for your first car together.
The buying process is the same for every buyer. What changes for a business is how it is organised, not what it costs or who handles what.
Tell us about your business
What you buy, how often, and where it is going. We will come back with how we would run it for you.
Let’s talk about what you buy.
