Find a car
Japan’s auctions. One Rindo Portal.
Explore auction listings across Japan in one place, with a specialist team helping you assess the car, authorise your bid and bring it home.

Rindo Portal
Search, shortlist and ask, in one place.
Rindo Portal is where you explore the listings and where Rindo works alongside you. You do the searching; we do the assessing, checking and bidding on your authorised instruction.
Search
Filter by make, model, year, grade and sale date across the auctions we can access, all in one place.
Shortlist
Save the cars you are considering and keep your notes against each one.
Ask Rindo
Flag any listing and we look into it with you before a single bid is authorised.
Which auctions you can see
Japan’s used cars are mostly sold between the trade at member-only auctions held on fixed days each week. Rindo Portal brings together the listings from the auctions Rindo can access, so you can search them as one catalogue rather than house by house.
We do not claim to cover every auction in Japan. What you see in the portal is what we can genuinely act on for you. If a car you want is being sold somewhere we cannot reach, we will say so and suggest an alternative, including dedicated sourcing.
What a listing shows
Every listing carries the auction house’s own information. Ask us for a cost estimate on any car you shortlist.
Auction report
The auction house’s own inspection sheet: grade, recorded mileage, equipment, damage diagram and inspector notes. We translate and explain it on request.
Photographs
The auction house’s photographs of the exterior, interior and engine bay. Where the house allows, we can ask for more of a specific area.
Sale details
Which auction, the sale date and time in Japan Standard Time, the lot number and the starting price.
Rindo cost estimate
For any car you shortlist, an estimate of the total to your port, with destination costs shown separately, so your maximum bid is set on the whole picture.

Understanding the car with Rindo
The listing starts the conversation. Before you authorise anything, we investigate the details and tell you what we found.
Our checks and inspections →We read the whole report
Grade, mileage, equipment, damage diagram and the inspector’s handwritten notes, translated and explained, so you know what the sheet does and does not say.
We look beyond the grade
Where the auction allows, we pursue further checks and physical inspections and ask the model-specific questions an experienced owner would ask.
We explain what we find
Findings, limitations and a recommendation on whether to proceed, in writing, before you commit.
Authorised bidding, step by step
You decide the car and the ceiling. Bids are submitted through Rindo on your written instruction and never exceed it.
